Owners of store near Bilston applying to sell booze
The owner of a store near Bilston is applying for a premises licence to sell booze.
The proprietor of Garry News & Booze Unit 2 Roseville Court, in Castle Street, in Coseley near Bilston is applying to to Dudley Council for permission.
The public notice states: "Gurmail Singh is applying for a Premises licence at Garry News & Booze Unit 2 Roseville Court, in Castle Street.
"If granted the application will allow sales of alcohol off the premises Monday-Sunday7am-9pm. Any person who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to Licensing Services, Environment Dudley MBC, Lister Road Depot, Dudley via liquor.licensing@dudley.gov.uk.
"Representations must be made in writing 28 days from the date of this notice by midnight March 16. It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount."
