Travellers spotted on Dudley car park

Three caravans were seen on Flood Street car park on Monday morning, and were spotted there today.

It comes after around four caravans, along with cars and vans, were spotted in May.

Dudley Council wanted a permanent traveller site in the borough – but the plans have since been put on hold.

The authority is set to go back to the "drawing board" before discussing the issue again.
