'Shut up - it's been said!' - Black Country piercer slams Shrewsbury singer for branding accent 'worst in the UK'
A body piercer, from the Black Country, has hit back at Shrewsbury singer Jason Allan after he branded the regional accent 'the worst in the UK'.
In a viral video, which has gained more than 700,000 views, Charlie Humble was seen asking the ex-busker what the worst UK accent is.
Jason, of Shrewsbury, said: “I mean, people say Birmingham, don’t they? I’m going to go further: Black Country.”
The singer, who did his best impression of the accent, specified Dudley before saying: “I live in the Midlands as well. They’re gonna come after me now.”
Another video, shared to the TikTok account @chumbleyeh, showed Humble asking a woman the same question. She attempted to say 'Birmingham' but hilariously failed to pronounce it correctly.
