Travel disruptions as tram breaks down in Birmingham
West Midlands Metro have announced service disruptions due to a broken-down tram.
West Midlands Metro have warned that due to a broken-down tram at Lodge Road, Birmingham, there is currently no service in operation between Lodge Road and Winson Green.
The issues were initially announced by the bus operator at 7.19pm, with West Midlands Metro announcing that services continue to operate between Black Lake and Wolverhampton, and also Winson Green and Edgbaston Village.

A tram spokesperson said: "Due to a broken-down tram at Lodge Road, there is currently no service in operation between Lodge Road and Winson Green.
"Trams are operating between Black Lake and Wolverhampton and also Winson Green and Edgbaston Village.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
