Makers, sellers and fans of ice cream all welcome to NEC in Birmingham for country's biggest trade show
Lovers of ice cream are being invited to join a show celebrating everything to do with the making, creating and eating of it.
The Ice Cream & Artisan Food Show, which is the UK’s only dedicated event celebrating the ice cream industry and artisan food makers, will be taking place next month at the NEC at Birmingham.
Running on February 3 and 4 between 9am and 5pm, the show, which is hosted by the Ice Cream Alliance, will feature more than 6,500 people from the ice cream industry with dedicated stalls, live demonstrations and talks and plenty of free samples for people to try.
A spokesman for the show said: "The UK’s only dedicated trade show for the ice cream industry is back and it’s here to help your business thrive.
"Whether you’re already in the trade or thinking about launching your own ice cream venture, this two-day event is tailor-made for you.
"We know the challenges you face from rising costs, changing consumer tastes, finding reliable suppliers, and staying ahead of the competition. That’s why we’ve brought together everything you need under one roof.

"From the latest equipment and ingredients to packaging, point-of-sale ideas, and expert-led seminars covering real business issues, this is where innovation meets practical solutions.
"Meet suppliers who understand your trade, discover products that could set you apart, and network with others who share your passion (and your pressures).
"If you’re serious about ice cream, this is the show to attend. Welcome to the community that gets it and helps you grow."
Catherine McNeil, The Ice Cream Alliance’s Director of Operations, says, “Last year, the trade show moved to the NEC Birmingham, a larger and more connected venue that reflects the growth of the event.
"This year, we hope to be even bigger and better, offering more to our members and helping to grow the UK’s ice cream industry.”
