Birmingham-headquartered property business announces new associate director for auctions

Property business Bond Wolfe has promoted James Rossiter to associate director in its auction division.

He joined Bond Wolfe in January 2019 when the auction operation of the business was set up as a stand-alone department.

Having begun a career in auctions in 2013, he joined Birmingham-headquartered Bond Wolfe in off in an administration role, establishing the knowledge and expertise of putting a successful auction together, before progressing to auction valuer, senior auction valuer and now to associate director.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “James has been with us since day one of the auction team and has proven himself an invaluable member.

“His work ethic, great attitude and the positive reviews he receives reflect the respect he is held in, both by his colleagues and our clients.

He specialises in residential property and is recognised for his honest and impartial advice on all types of vacant and investment properties.

Rossiter said: “I am very proud to have been promoted to associate director. Gurpreet and all the senior members of the team have guided and mentored me during the past six years. I’m excited and look forward to seeing how I can progress from here.”

Outside of work, James is an avid football fan, following his team - Aston Villa, and playing Sunday League football.
