'Not judgement - just support' - Birmingham-based health charity to give free baby milk to struggling families

A Birmingham-based heath charity has announced they will be giving free baby formula to struggling families ahead of the festive season.

Cysters, a grassroots UK charity that supports and raises awareness around menstrual, maternal and mental health, will be giving out free  baby milk to struggling families on December 10. 

Those in need will be able to collect the formula from The BRIG Cafe and The Warehouse in Digbeth, Birmingham 'without judgement'.

The charity, which was founded in Birmingham by Neelam Heera-Shergill, say that their will be first infant milk and follow-on milk available. 

In a statement, the charity said: "Free Baby Milk Available – Collection Day 10 December! We have been gifted even more baby milk from Kendamil and Bonyo, including first infant milk and follow on milk for babies aged six to twelve months. We want it to reach the families who need it most.

"On 10 December we will be at The BRIG Cafe and The Warehouse with an open collection space. Come and take what you need. No judgement. No questions. Just support.
