The sales have contributed to more than £100 million of revenue generated by Edition Birmingham so far, strategic partners Sphere Group and Select Property have announced.

Park Residence’s sister tower, the 45-storey Centenary Tower, which was launched earlier this year, is also enjoying strong sales demand - with more than 130 of its 432 apartments now sold.

Completion of Park Residence is expected in 2027 followed by Centenary Tower, the tallest tower in the development, in 2028.

Residents of Edition will have access to an unmatched range of wellness-led amenities and benefits. The apartment complex offers a cutting-edge gym and spa facilities, 20-metre above-ground swimming pool with an accompanying hydro pool, plunge pool, sauna and steam room. Residents will also be able to relax at a sky lounge with private dining experiences on the 44th and 45th floors.

The development also includes a premium co-working lounge, called The Study, and outdoor co-working space on a 14th-floor garden terrace. Other outdoor amenities include a 9,000 sq ft podium terrace with a cinema screen and a barbecue area that connects the two buildings.

Earlier this year it was revealed Hertfordshire-based Midgard had been selected as Edition Birmingham’s contractor.

Alex Neale, CEO of Sphere Group, said: “Edition Birmingham is unlike anything else in the centre of the city, offering luxury living in a prime location.

"The rapid sales of apartments, with still over a year to go until the completion of phase one, speaks to the excitement we’re seeing on the ground about this world-class development.

"Things are moving at pace and people in the city will be able to see this new landmark taking shape over the course of 2026.”

Adam Price, CEO of Select Property, added: “We’re really pleased with the pace of sales, all driven by people who want to own a piece of what will be Birmingham’s most prestigious new residential development.

"The city has a young and growing population, along with billions of pounds of investment, most notably at Paradise, which is a stone’s throw from Edition. It’s a compelling investment opportunity for owner-occupiers and investors alike.”
