12-day closure plan for major Birmingham centre street due to roadworks
A major Birmingham city centre street is due to be be closed for roadworks.
Broad Street will be shut from Sunday to October 30 resulting in changes to bus and tram services during the period.
Transport for West Midlands posted on X: "@TransportForWM From Sunday October 19 until Thursday October 30, Broad Street #Birmingham will be closed for works.
"During this time there will be an alteration to bus and metro services. Buses will divert via Grosvenor Street West and Oozells Way and will not serve Broad Street between Oozells Way and Fiveways/Ryland Street. Trams will not operate between Edgbaston Village and Library. Plan ahead."
