Broken-down lorry causes traffic delays on Birmingham's Aston Expressway
A broken-down lorry has blocked a lane on Birmingham's Aston Expressway resulting in traffic delays.
The vehicle was reported stranded in the left-hand carriageway heading toward Spaghetti Junction at Gravelly Hill in Birmingham. Motorists are being warned to expect delays.
Traffic website West Midlands Roads said on X: "Aston Expressway outbound Aston - stranded lorry. Left lane blocked. Due to morning peak tidal flow, only one lane is in use out of the city because of the stranded lorry. Expect delays."
