Second man charged with murder after Birmingham house fire resulted in the death of 37-year-old Daniel Gardner
West Midlands Police have charged a second man with the murder of Daniel Gardner following a house fire in Birmingham last week.

Tyler Phythian, aged 18, will appear before Birmingham Magistrates court on Tuesday, September 23 morning charged with murder.
Police were called alongside fire and ambulance services to the property on Saxons Way, Highters Heath, shortly before 1.10am on Friday, September 19.
Daniel, aged 37, was found seriously injured and taken to hospital for treatment but tragically died a short time later.
West Midlands Police are still asking anyone with information or footage which could help their enquiries to call them on 101, quoting log 174 of 19 September.
