17-year-old charged with wounding after teenager stabbed at college in Birmingham
A teenager who handed himself into police after another youth was stabbed at a college has been charged with wounding.
West Midlands Police officers were called to reports of a stabbing just before 3.30pm at University College Birmingham in Summer Row on Wednesday, September 10.
A 17-year-old was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Another 17-year-old boy was arrested on Friday after handing himself into a local police station.
He appeared before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Saturday and was remanded until his next court appearance today (September 17).
