Footage, released by Channel 5's A&E After Dark, has shown the moment a mob of thugs descended onto Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital forcing the hospital into a partial lockdown.
The gang of young men could be seen trying to gain access to the hospital shortly after a shooting victim was admitted to the facility.
The clip, which will be shown in tonight's A&E After Dark episode, shows the volatile mob throwing objects and making threats to hospital staff after being refused entry to the premises.
The incident forced security teams to call for a partial lockdown of the hospital, with police quickly seen responding to attempt to remove the mob.
