It has got residents on to the streets in a blitz on litter.
Launched by the Pelsall Pride Partnership, the scheme is aided by Walsall Council, who have provided litter pickers, bags and recycling bin covers.
The popular initiative has already won backing from industrial clothing firm Relko which donated 55 high-visibility vests for the litter-busting team.
Paul Newland, of Relko Group Walsall, said: "We were pleased to contribute to this local scheme, as we believe it is of benefit to the community, which includes our employees, customers and families."
Now the call has gone out for more people willing to pitch in and help the war against rubbish.
The scheme also aims to drive home the recycling message to reduce waste and to encourage energy efficiency, with Walsall Council handing out energy efficient light bulbs.
Councillor Garry Perry, ward member for Pelsall, said: "Keeping Pelsall clean and green is a priority."
Councillor Rachel Walker, Walsall Council cabinet member for the environment, added: "It's fantastic to see local people taking the initiative to take care of their own communities."
