Manny Singh Kang has worked over the past few years to raise much-needed funds for Dementia UK through taking himself to his physical limits in a set of gruelling challenges.

This has included walking from Molineux Stadium in Wolverhampton to Stamford Bridge in Chelsea, walking from the same starting point to Newcastle with his son Jeevan, walking for 48-hours non-stop around Molineux and cycling non-stop for 24 hours on a static bike.

Now, the 52-year-old is getting ready for what he said will be the toughest challenge to date as he will walk from Molineux to Greenwich Park in London, then take part in his sixth London Marathon on Sunday, April 26, all within three days and without any sleep and covering a total of 156 miles.

The challenge will start in the early hours of Friday, April 24 and Mr Singh Kang said he had been looking at new ways to challenge himself and said he had decided to take all the previous challenges and meld them together.

He said: "I've done the London Marathon before, so that was sort of ticked off the list, plus I've walked to London when I walked to Chelsea, then there was the no-sleep walk, so I sort of put everything together in the mixer and came up with this super madness.
