'We want to build a town centre that truly reflects residents needs and aspirations' says Staffordshire council
Residents in a Staffordshire town are being invited to air their view about what it should look like in the future.
Cannock Chase Council is inviting residents, businesses and visitors to have their say about Rugeley town centre at a special market stall being manned on February 19.
Staff from consultants JTP will be running the stall on behalf of the council, where they will be gathering feedback and ideas from the community.
This will be a chance for residents to share what they love about the town centre, what could be improved and what developments would benefit the area.
The views will help to shape the vision for the future.
Cannock Chase's regeneration chief Councillor Maureen Freeman said: “We want to work with our community to shape a vibrant, attractive, and successful future for Rugeley Town Centre. Your ideas and experiences are incredibly important, and this event provides a genuine opportunity to influence the direction of future development.

An interactive map will be available for the public to explore on the day,and it can also be=accessed afterwards via a QR code for submitting comments.
Your input is vital in helping us understand what matters most to the community. Whether it’s improving public spaces, supporting local businesses, or introducing new facilities, we want to hear your views
Representatives will be available on the stall on Thursday February 19 from 10am until 3pm.
