Watch as work continues on new £500 million waste facility factory near West Bromwich
New drone footage has shown the progression of a huge new energy-from-waste facility in Sandwell.

Drone footage taken above the Enfinium Kelvin energy-from-waste facility just off the M5 motorway near West Bromwich has shown the progression of fast-developing works.
When operational, the facility will convert around 350,000 tonnes of non-recyclable household and business waste into electricity, enough to power around 95,000 homes every year.
The energy facility will process and convert waste into high-pressure steam, which would then be de-pressurised to produce electricity.
The facility has so far seen investment of £500m, with completion expected by the end of 2025.
The new footage shows the walls of the main facility almost complete, with heavy machinery hard at work.
Drone footage over the roof shows the building's new exposed beams and chimney, as well as a new loading and drop-off bay for trucks to use.
According to previously submitted design statements, the site will operate 24/7, though the waste deliveries from the lorries would be restricted to between 7am and 7pm on weekdays and from 7am to 1pm on Saturdays.

Previously, Simon Forshaw, Enfinium's vice president of engineering and construction, said: "Since breaking ground on site in 2021, we have made good progress constructing a state-of-the-art, £500 million facility.
"Once operational, Kelvin will divert 395,000 tonnes of unrecyclable waste away from climate-damaging landfill, produce reliable homegrown power for more than 95,000 homes and support around 40 jobs."
