Bewdley road closed in armed police incident

A road was closed in Bewdley due to a police incident.

Published Oct 19, 2016

It was shut at just after 5.30pm today between Load Street and Redhill.

Several police cars and armed officers were at the scene outside of the main shops.

The bridge was also closed until the incident cleared at about 6pm.
