Police car in Wolverhampton smash

A police car was badly damaged in a smash with another car on a main Wolverhampton road.

The marked Peugeot 308 collided with a Ford Focus on the Tettenhall Road, near to the former Halfway House pub.

It happened at around 11.25pm last night. No one was injured.

It was not clear if the police were responding to a 999 call.
