Firefighters from Brierley Hill were called to Colley Lane Primary School, Cradley, just before 1pm yesterday after the boy got his elbow stuck.

Firefighter Joe Farmer, from Brierley Hill station, said: "We had to cut some of the wooden railings away, it took us about five minutes to get him out.

"He was absolutely fine. I think he was overwhelmed by all the firefighters and teachers standing around him."
