Police had stepped up patrols in the Spring Vale area of the city following complaints from residents that parents have been causing obstructions at drop-off and pick-up times.
Sergeant Jon Yeomans, from the Spring Vale neighbourhood police team, said patrols had been carried out at other schools too.
He added: "Officers have patrolled and advised parents regarding inconsiderate parking at all four primary schools.
"We will continue to work in partnership with the schools, parents and council to reduce complaints."
