Jury retires to consider verdict in trial of Oldbury man accused of killing his wife
The jury in the case of a man accused of killing his wife at the marital home they shared in Oldbury has gone out to consider their verdict.
Paramjit Kaur, aged 46 was found dead on Monday March 31 last year around 8am at the home in Swan Crescent, Oldbury.
The trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court of Harminder Mattu, who is charged with her murder, has lasted seven days, with Judge John Butterfield summing up the case today (Monday).
