Motorist driving down leafy Black Country street with passenger hanging outside car was caught on dashcam
A former businessman has been ordered to cough up more than £1,000 after he was filmed driving carelessly in a leafy Walsall neighbourhood with a passenger hanging off his car door.
Mani Singh was at the wheel of his loaded Audi with a rear passenger seen hanging out of the door behind him, in Skip Lane, Daisybank, Walsall, on March 16 last year.
Unfortunately for the 64-year-old the incident was filmed on dashcam by another motorist travelling behind him at the time.
The boot of the grey-coloured car was also open and loaded with items.
