'I'm putting in a complaint about you' - Watch moment killer dad argues with officers arresting him for murder of five-week old daughter
A father convicted of killing his baby daughter complained about the tightness of his handcuffs as police arrested him following the child’s death.
Sean Jefferson, aged 35, of Walsall, was found guilty of the murder of his five-week-old daughter, Darcy, at Stafford Crown Court on Monday, March 16 following an eight-week trial
The infant had suffered devastating harm, and medical evidence later confirmed the injuries were consistent with an assault. Emergency services had been called, but the baby could not be saved.
This is the moment the killer father threatened to report two police officers after his 'hand was hurt' as he was put in handcuffs.
When Jefferson and Darcy's mother, Amy Leigh Clark were arrested on suspicion of murder, Jefferson said: "Oh my f*****g god."
As he was cuffed, the killer said: "That's a bit tight, that is mate. Look at that, see that?
"That's very tight. Can you please loose it?"

The officer tells him to "stay still then", only for Jefferson to demand his badge number and say: "I'm putting in a complaint about you. Simple, done."
Jefferson and Clark will be sentenced at Stafford Crown Court at a date yet to be fixed.
