Neo Graham murder trial: Wolverhampton man 'didn't realise the gun in the car was loaded', jury told

The jury in the alleged drive by shooting of Neo Graham in Wolverhampton have been played footage of the moment the gun was fired.

One of the men accused of his murder, Koketso Ximba was being cross examined at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Thursday - he was driving a stolen red Clio whilst Israel May, who is still at large suspected of firing the Glock 9 mm pistol six times, was the front passenger.

Neo Graham was fired on in Eastfield Road off Old Heath Road in Eastfields, Wolverhampton, on March 4, 2025 and died at the scene.   

 Under examination by Matthew Brook, KC, Ximba denied knowing  the gun which was in the car was loaded and said he had driven it to the location as he thought a robbery was going to be carried out and they were going to film it for social media.
