Man charged in connection with large stash of class A drugs found in West Midlands Police raid more than a year ago
A man has been charged with drugs offences in connection with a long-running police investigation into the class A drugs trade in Birmingham.
Mohammed Khabbab Khan, aged 31, has now been charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, heroin and cocaine.
It follows an investigation by West Midlands Police's County Lines Taskforce into the supply of drugs in Birmingham between September 2023 and January 2025. A raid in Highgate last January uncovered 12 kilograms of class A drugs and weapons, police said.
Khan, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody and was due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (February 27).
