Staffordshire cocaine dealer who stashed cash in garden sheds handed jail term
A Staffordshire cocaine dealer who stashed wads of cash inside safes in a shed has been jailed.
On Thursday, February 26 Robert Studzinski, 44, of Rugeley, was sentenced to two-years-and-nine-months behind bars at Stafford Crown Court after he admitted possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A – cocaine and possession of criminal property.
In September last year, officers from Staffordshire Police's major and organised crime proactive team spotted a drug deal take place in the town involving the driver of a BMW.

Officers followed the driver of the BMW back to a house and discovered it was Studzinski.
After arresting and searching him, officers found 12 snap bags of cocaine on him, along with two mobile phones and £30 in cash. When they searched the home, two safes with cash inside were found.
The total amount of cash found totalled £5,545. More cocaine was also found during the search, worth an estimated street value of £4,500.
A statement from Staffordshire Police read: "We’re working hard every single day in Staffordshire to tackle serious and organised crime on our streets.
"Thanks to the efforts of our county-wide proactive teams, working alongside local officers, staff and partners, we arrested 354 people believed to be involved in serious crime between 1 January and 31 December last year."
