West Midlands have launched a murder investigation after a teenager was stabbed to death outside a mosque in Smethwick yesterday (February 20).
Footage captured by Express & Star Chief Reporter Deborah Hardiman shows a West Midlands Police and media presence here in Oldbury Road where a cordon is in place on the pavement.
