Inquest into death of three men after fatal multiple vehicle crash in Upper Gornal set to resume

An inquest is set to resume to determine the causes of a three-vehicle-collision which left three men dead.

The inquest into the collision, which happened on the junction of Highgate Street and Clarence Street in Upper Gornal on August 6 last year, was opened in September last year and will resume at the Black Country Coroner's Court in Oldbury on Wednesday.

The collision involved a Ford Transit van, a white Seat and a white Hyundai i20, with 22-year-old Haydon Liam Taylor, of Burnell Way in Dudley, 22-year-old Finn Cooney, of Highfield Road in Sedgley and 28-year-old Haydn Lee Robson of Addison Close in Gillingham in Dorset, dying following the crash.
