Three arrested after drugs and thousands of pounds in cash seized from Stafford
Two men and a teenager have been arrested after police found a large amount of cash and class A drugs in a number of properties across Staffordshire.
Staffordshire Police officers from the county proactive and rural crime, tactical support and child exploitation teams went to three properties in Stafford on Tuesday, February 17 morning following an investigation into the supply of drugs.
Officers seized several thousand pounds in cash, a large amount of suspected heroin and crack cocaine, cannabis, mobile phones and scales.
A 20-year-old man, from Stafford, has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of heroin and requiring a person to perform forced to compulsory labour.
A 31-year-old man, from Stafford, has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the offer to supply heroin and requiring a person to perform forced or compulsory labour.
A 17-year-old boy, from Stafford, has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug – other.
They all remain in custody for questioning.
