Crimestoppers offer £5,000 reward to find man wanted in connection with attempted murder in Birmingham
Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £5,000 to find a man wanted in connection with the attempted murder of a man in Birmingham.
On Saturday, August 9 at around 6pm, on Monica Road, a man was pushed off his quad bike and punched to the floor where he was also repeatedly stabbed in the head.
As part of their investigation, detectives want to speak to 29-year-old Jafir Nazir.

Detective Sergeant Ian Leech from West Midlands Police, said: “The victim of this awful attack continues to recover from his injuries.
“It’s important that we speak to Nazir in connection with this incident. I would appeal to anyone who has any information on where Nazir is to get in touch.”
Alan Edwards, West Midlands Regional Manager at the charity Crimestoppers said: “A violent crime has left a man seriously injured and Jafir Nazir remains wanted in connection with this horrific attack.
“We know some people may find it had to speak directly to the police, and that’s why Crimestoppers offers a completely anonymous alternative way to share what you know.
“You can tell us what you know, without ever giving your name or any personal details. We’ll pass on your information so Nazir can be found and brought to justice.
“Crimestoppers is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They cannot trace your call or track your IP address. No one will ever know you contacted us. This means no police, no courts, no witness statements. You may think your information is insignificant, however it could make all the difference.”
