Two teenagers arrested after knifepoint robbery in Smethwick
Two teenagers have been arrested after police responded to reports of a knifepoint robbery in Sandwell.

West Midlands Police officers were alerted to a man in his 20s being confronted by armed youths in Norman Road, Smethwick, at around 5.45pm on Monday (February 2).
The man was punched before a bag containing personal items was taken.

Officers attended swiftly and following "quick-time" enquiries detained two teens around 20 minutes later.
The boys, aged 14 and 17, were arrested on suspicion of robbery and remained in custody for questioning on Tuesday.
