Man, 39, charged with drink driving after car spotted speeding on M5
A man has been charged with drink driving following an arrest on Tuesday evening (January 27).

Officers from the Roads Policing Unit spotted a car being driven at speed on the M5 between junctions 2 (Oldbury/Dudley) and 1 (West Bromwich) at around 6.40pm.
The vehicle was stopped at junction 9 of the M6 (Wednesbury).
After further checks, 39-year-old Myles Maund was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and has since been charged with driving a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit.
Maund is due to appear at Dudley Magistrates Court next month.
