Teenagers robbed and assaulted in Dudley
An appeal has been launched after a teenager was robbed on his electric bike in broad daylight.
West Midlands Police have launched the appeal following the incident on January 19, which happened on Pale Street in Upper Gornal and saw the teenager, who was on his bike, hit by a grey Volvo along with his friend, who was walking alongside.
The force said a man had then got out of the car and taken the bike before leaving the scene and has asked for anyone with any information to get in touch.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We’re appealing for witnesses after a teenager was robbed of his electric bike and another assaulted when they were knocked to the floor by a car.
"The victim had been riding his electric Surron bike with his friend walking alongside him on Pale Street, Upper Gornal, on 19 January, at around 2.30pm.

"A grey Volvo has then hit the victims, splitting the bike in half before a man thought to be around 5ft 10 inch tall and of a slim to medium build got out and took the bike before fleeing.
"Thankfully, the boys we’re not seriously injured.
"We’d like to speak to anyone who may have seen what happened or was in the area at the time.
