Trial of six accused of attempted murder in Wolverhampton hears evidence from firearms experts
The trial of six people accused of attempted murder of a man in his 40s in Wolverhampton has heard evidence from a home office forensics expert and a firearms expert on whether a gun used in the alleged shooting was capable of injuring the victim to the extent it did.
Michael Soledolu, Richard Beckles, Constantine Campbell, Khyle Gayle, Claire Evans and Cleon Johnson are standing trial for attempted murder of Michael Osborne at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
On Friday the jury heard evidence from Alexander Kolar, a Home Office forensic pathologist and Gareth Cooper, a retired policeman and firearms expert on the type of bullets and gun which was used in the incident, in Minerva Lane, off Lower Horseley Fields, Wolverhampton on September 18 last year.
