Two arrested after drugs seized from stolen car in Sandwell
Police have arrested two men after officers spotted a stolen car while on patrol in Sandwell.

The vehicle had been taken from Smethwick on Sunday but was seen by West Midlands Police officers in Poplar Rise, Tividale, on Monday, January 12 afternoon.
Police quickly detained two men and during searches in the area they recovered a small amount of Class A drugs, and a more substantial amount of cannabis.

A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, handling stolen goods, taking a vehicle without consent and possession of drugs.
A 38-year-old man was detained on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply and burglary.
They both remain in custody for questioning.
