One man injured after shots fired in Birmingham during Twixmas - police launch appeal
An appeal has been launched for public help after shots were fired on a Birmingham street leaving a man injured.
West Midlands Police said the incident had taken place on the evening of December 27 at the junction of Stratford Road and Durham Road and had left one man with a minor injury and damage caused to a car.
The force has asked for anyone with any information to get in touch by going to the public portal set up by West Midlands Police or scanning a QR code.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We are appealing for information after shots were fired in Birmingham.
"We were called to the junction of Stratford Road and Durham Road just before 7.25pm on December 27 after reports of gunshots.
"One man was found with a minor injury and damage was caused to a car.
"Officers are now working to establish exactly what happened and who might be involved.
"We have set up our Major Incident Public Portal (MIPP) where any images, still or moving, can be submitted.
"We are especially keen to see any dashcam footage from people driving in the area around the time before and after the incident.
