Serial harasser with distinctive face tattoos given banning order after assaults in Midlands cathedral city
A man who was convicted of harassment and assault has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) banning him from parts of a cathedral city.
Shaun Skyvington, aged 58, of no fixed abode, was found guilty of three offences at Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, January 6.
The charges levelled against Skyvington included harassment and assault by beating in Crown Passage, Worcester on September 8, 2025, a public disorder, harassment and threats to a person while in possession of an offensive weapon, namely a screwdriver, in a public place, namely Broad Street on November 4, 2025, and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a ball in a sock, on September 20, 2025 in the city's Wetherspoons pub.

The court granted the CBO against Skyvington for two years for these offences, which prohibits him from entering a specific area of the city centre as outlined within the red line on the map.
He was further ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 for the charge of assault by beating.

West Mercia Police's Sgt Sarah England, of Worcester city centre team, said: “We are pleased to get this CBO for Skyvington whose public disorder and violent behaviour have been threatening towards members of the public in the city centre.
“We hope serving this CBO on him shows we will not tolerate violence or threatening behaviour in our city centre and act where appropriate to keep everyone safe from harm."
