Grace Hughes, whose family founded the business in 2008, said: "We just can't believe that someone could do something like this. We've being dressing up the window for Christmas for about six years now.

"We do displays for halloween and Christmas for the community and passing motorists to enjoy. Lots of people usually  tell us how much they love the displays and this has ruined the fun for everyone.

"It's horrible for us to be targeted, but we feel for the people who were enjoying it in the area.

"Several cars drove by when the culprits were here stealing the bikes and we hope that someone may have seen them,  There's been around a 1,000 shares on Facebook so we're hoping people may recognise them from the footage.

"The police came straightaway."

"The bikes are our pride and joy in the family. We ride them for fun in our spare time.

"My dad finished restoring them down to the nuts an bolts in the summer. We tend to use them in the displays in the winter months.

"The cost of the replacing the reinforced glass and the bikes would be about £10,000. My dad is putting up a £1,000 reward or information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved."
