Man charged after class A drugs seized in Walsall county lines raid
A man has been charged with drugs offences after a police county lines raid.
A man was arrested during a police raid on several houses in Walsall on Tuesday (December 30) as part of an investigation into a suspected drugs line.
Now West Midlands Police has confirmed that Ashley Burrows, 24 and from Darlaston, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine, having heroin and also possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and was due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We've charged a man after recovering a haul of class A drugs following raids in Walsall.
"Officers from our County Lines Taskforce carried out warrants yesterday (December 30) as part of an investigation into a suspected drugs line.
"Ashley Burrows has now been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine, having heroin and also possession with intent to supply crack cocaine."
