Halesowen man, 37, charged with manslaughter after fatal assault in Birmingham city centre
A man has been charged in connection with the death of another man who was assaulted outside a venue in Birmingham city centre.
Joshua Johnson-Hector sustained a serious head injury in Bristol Street, Birmingham at just after 4.15am on Sunday (December 28).
The 31-year-old was taken to hospital but died on Monday afternoon.

Following police enquiries it is understood that he was assaulted in the vicinity of the Savanna venue.
A 37-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and has now been charged with manslaughter.
Richard Deakin, from Halesowen, has been remanded to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court today (December 30).
