Willenhall shooting: Live updates as two men arrested for attempted murder after man was shot before Christmas Eve
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after another man was left fighting for his life following a shooting in Willenhall.
A man has been left in a serious condition following a shooting in Wordsworth Road, Willenhall, yesterday evening.
West Midlands Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene at 7.28pm following reports that a man had been shot.
Two ambulances, a MERIT trauma doctor, two paramedic officers, and a critical care paramedic were dispatched.
On arrival, crews discovered a man who'd suffered life-threatening injuries.
West Midlands Police has since confirmed two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the incident.
