Two men arrested after police stop suspected stolen car in Birmingham

Two men have been arrested after police stopped a suspected stolen car in Birmingham.

Officers from West Midlands Police's Road Crime Team stopped the car on Duddeston Mill Road in Saltley at around 7pm on Wednesday (December 10). 

The men, aged 18 and 20, were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and handling stolen goods.

Police said they had discovered a significant amount of cannabis.

They both remain in custody for questioning.
