Two charged after 'large quantity of Class A drugs' found inside car in Dudley

A Dudley duo have been charged on suspicion of multiple offences after patrolling police officers discovered a large amount of Class A drugs in a car they pulled over.

Traffic officers were out on patrol in the early hours of Wednesday morning (December 3) when they spotted a suspected drug deal and shortly after arrested two men on Norman Street, at around 12.30am.

Yousaf Khalid, aged 29, of Kingswinford, has been charged with three counts of possession with intent to supply Class A.

Kasim Ajmal, aged 30, of Dudley, has been charged with three counts of possession with intent to supply Class A, dangerous driving, drive while disqualified, and no insurance.

Khalid and Ajmal appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court yesterday (December 4) and have been remanded in custody to next appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on January 14.
