Judge brands street fight between two Tipton mothers arguing over primary pupils dispute 'extraordinary'
Two Tipton mothers who were arguing over their primary school children falling out ended up rolling around on the floor fighting leading to one being prosecuted in court.
The most violent mother, also a grandmother, who cannot be named for legal reasons, carried on kicking her rival on the floor so was charged with assault causing actual bodily form.
Both women were left with cuts and bruises from the fight which involved punches, kicks and a head being slammed on the floor.
The dispute began when the children repeatedly clashed in primary school and then the mothers began arguing over social media.
On August 22 2023 after texting each other the woman went to the other mum's address to sort out the issue.
