Wolverhampton company found guilty of not ensuring safety of employee who was hit by wagon and suffered serious injuries
Wolverhampton company Jack Moody Landscaping and Civil Engineering Ltd has been found guilty of breaching its duty of care to an employee who was hit by by a wagon in its Shareshill yard.
The jury at Wolverhampton Crown Court, sitting at Telford Magistrates Court, took less than two hours to find the company guilty of breaching its duty towards an employee's safety.
Paul Martin, who worked for the company for 33 years, was run over by a reversing wagon on Friday, September 22, 2017.
