Man charged after shotgun recovered from West Midlands address
A man has been charged after police recovered a shotgun from an address in the West Midlands.
Officers in West Midlands Police's Solihull Priority Crime Team executed a warrant at a property in Pendrell Close, Chemsley Wood (November 21) under Operation Target, a crackdown on serious and organised crime including firearms, drugs and exploitation.
A shotgun was seized, examined, and found to be live and viable.
Keane Carter, from Solihull, was arrested and has since been charged with possession of a firearm.

The 25-year-old appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court (November 22), where he was remanded in custody ahead of a further hearing next month.
A woman, aged 24, who was also arrested, has been bailed while our enquiries continue.
Police have urged anyone with information relating to their investigation to call 101 quoting log 449 of 21 November.
We're working around the clock to disrupt and arrest anyone involved in gun crime, as well as drugs, exploitation, and more.
