Cradley Heath man pleads not guilty to sexually touching six-year-old girl over five months last year
A Cradley Heath man will go on trial accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl over five months last year.
Scott Hennefer, of Grange Road, appeared at a plea hearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court yesterday (Wednesday).
The 25-year-old was charged with intentionally touching a child under 13-years-old, namely a six year old girl, in a sexual way between January 1, 2024 and May 31, 2024.
Hennefer pleaded not guilty and will stand trial in March 2028, which is expected to last three days.
