Drug dealer jailed after officers find hidden stash of cocaine in car in Cannock car park

A drug dealer has been put behind bars after cocaine was found in the seat of car in Cannock by police.

Officers from Staffordshire Police intercepted and searched the car, which was parked in a car park in Cannock, on July 29, with Cristian Nascimento behind the wheel.

Multiple deals of cocaine were found concealed in the lining of the passenger seat, while a mobile phone and £650 in cash were also discovered.

At Stafford Crown Court on Friday. October 31, Nascimento, 23, of no fixed address, was sentenced to one-year-and-nine months in prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine) and acquiring/using/possessing criminal property.
