Man arrested following reports of indecent exposure near Birmingham park
A man has been arrested following reports of indecent exposure near a Birmingham park.
West Midlands Police said a 22-year-old man had been arrested following the incident, which happened near West Heath Recreation Ground on Wednesday morning.
The force said the man remains in custody while enquiries continue.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We have arrested a man on suspicion of indecent exposure following an incident close to West Heath Recreation Ground in Birmingham on Wednesday morning.
"A 22-year-old man was arrested last night and taken into custody where he remains as we continue with our enquiries.
"If follows an incident on Slingfield Road yesterday (Wed) morning at around 8am where we received reports of a man indecently exposing himself.
"Witnesses or anyone with any information can ring us on 101 quoting crime number 20/432650/25.
"Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
